At the end of last year, I assisted on a wedding in the picturesque Kangaroo Valley, a couple hours south of Sydney. (I apologize for the late blog post, but the pictures were missing in action.) The wedding was on a beautiful property a few miles away from the teeny town. A creek runs through the back of the property and citrus trees dot the landscape.
