Series of window shots taken in a parking garage in Seattle. (I apologize for the image quality - it's only a poor negative scan - the actual pictures have more detail in them.)
Loren @ Waikiki Beach ~ January.01 Poor Loren, anytime he goes anywhere with me, he feels like he has his own paparazzi! "Do you have to take pictures ALL the time?" he is fond of asking. I have to thank him for his considerable patience. Here I snapped him with cross process film at Waikiki beach.
Tulip Fields - Laconner, WA - circa April 1994 Laconner plants fields and fields of tulips every year, and busloads of tourists go down. Loren and I decided that it would be a great photo op - and being budding ;) photographers, we headed down too. I took this shot, and forgot about it. Till a couple years later, I saw a photo contest at London Drugs and entered a few shots. This was the winner, and I won a Pentax SLR. The one that I used till last year when I traded it in for my sweet little Nikon. (I just like to say "Nikon".)
Palm Tree - Waikiki Beach, January 2001 This is a cross-processed print - slide film developed as color. It works well on bright, sunny days esp. with tropical colors! I used it once on a dull Canadian winter day and the results were shocking! Hmmm... I should play around with this process again...
