Creamed Spinach

Creamed spinach... does not sound appealling, does it!?  This dish will change that!  Besides, if it's made with cream, it must be good! I haven't posted this recipe, as it belongs to a good friend of mine.  However, I had forgotten about it until coming across this picture from a year ago.  Posting the recipe here so I don't lose it again.  Thanks PJ!

Ingredients
Spinach
Cream
Nutmeg
Salt
Optional:
Parmesan/Asiago cheese

Method
In a frying pan over low heat... add a few drops of water in order to wilt spinach.
Once spinach has wilted, add a few dollops of cream and mix well.
Sprinkle over with nutmeg, salt, and/or cheeses if desired.

Sometimes you can spend a lot of time pulling the main dish together and realize at the last minute you need a vegetable!  This is an easy side dish to make if you need greens quick!
